It's the NFL offseason, and for most active players, that means intense physical training and/or injury rehabilitation.

Chris and Kyle Long make up what some might see as a modern-day football dynasty. St. Louis Rams defensive end Chris was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2008 NFL draft, and Chicago Bears offensive guard Kyle was the No. 20 overall pick in 2013. Both are sons of Hall of Fame defensive end Howie Long.

Kyle Long posted this video to his Instagram account of the brothers racing up a hill.

As a bonus, here's a GIF from the 2013 NFL season when big brother Chris came darting in from the sideline to keep his bro out of trouble.
