Picture: It Looks as If Chelsea's David Luiz Had His Car Clamped

LONDON, ENGLAND - FEBRUARY 17: David Luiz arrives at the Pepsi Max “Art of Football” launch on February 17, 2014 in London, England. Judging from a picture via @TSBible, David Luiz has had his car clamped in London:

Parks where he wants, parks where he waaaants, David Luiz, he parks where he wants! pic.twitter.com/NtcmfBvozG

According to 101 Great Goals, the traffic violation came just as he stopped for a quick selfie with a fan.

It may not be David Luiz—but then again who else would have D LUIZ 1 as their registration plate?

Still, the good news is that he should be able to afford the fine.
