Making the cut at the Honda Classic was not an easy task for Tiger Woods, who finished with a 69 that put him at even-par for the tournament.

Woods' scorecard may represent the fact that he was consistent throughout his round, but that would be one of the last words used to describe his play at PGA National on Friday.

Woods was forced to navigate through some terrible tee shots and sketchy iron play for most of his round to clinch his spot in the next two rounds.

The shot that saved him came on the 13th hole when he chipped in his third shot for birdie.

During his round, Woods had three birdies and two bogeys with his birdie on the 13th being the last non-par of his day.

When his round concluded, Tiger finished right on the cut line to remain alive for the weekend.

Rory McIlroy will go into Saturday as the leader at 11-under after he shot a 66 during his morning round in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
