Manchester United fans have been on the ledge all season as the team that ran away with the Premier League title last season has languished domestically mostly outside of the top four.

Well, a shock 2-0 defeat to Olympiakos in Greece certainly didn't do much to alleviate the anxiety surrounding United in what most considered to be a favourable draw in the round of 16 in the Champions League.

They're in no way out of the tie completely—they only need two goals at Old Trafford to get back into things—but it didn't stop the collective Internet from freaking out over the defeat.

David Moyes, a frequent target all season, was certainly not spared.

This is, of course, Manchester United's 250th match in the European Cup/Champions League. Has there been a worse performance?

This ranks alongside Basel (2011) and Lille (2005) as the worst recent Utd performances in Europe. Pretty bad...

Just going to do the post match press conference if I may. "Thought we were excellent today".
