The mind games look to have started in earnest between Carl Froch and George Groves ahead of their much-anticipated rematch.

Promoter Eddie Hearn has promised a big show at an outdoor stadium, and last night Froch tweeted that the deal was almost done for him to take on Groves in front of his home town crowd at the City Ground, home of Nottingham Forest.

But Groves was quick to deny any such decision had been made with a tweet of his own.

The needle between the pair was intense before their first fight and looks set to reach the same heights again before part two.
