Ryan, McFadden Will Serve as Spokesmen

New York - EA Sports, the video game giant behind the wildly successful Madden series, introduced their newest foray into the football world - NCAA Football 09.

EA officials' presentation included demos and improvements to the game as well as  an opportunity to test the the game.  Joining them on stage were cover model Matt Ryan, Darren McFadden, Desean Jackson, Owen Schmitt and Saturday's first overall selection in the NFL Draft, Jake Long.

I got a chance to speak with some people at the event—including the Michigan State Spartan (see photo), who is a big supporter of Bleacher Report.

Many of the other guests, which included NY Jets center Nick Mangold, were very interested in what is going on here at BR, which—just to let you all know—is a growing phenomenon in the sports reporting genre on the internet.

My answer to them—"log on and join the fun".
