Kevin Durant has spent most of his 2013-14 campaign floating in the clouds, and he was back at his high-flying best Thursday.

It wasn't enough to get his Oklahoma City Thunder the victory, but the three-time scoring champ did secure Dunk of the Night honors for this ferocious flush.

After LeBron James couldn't corral a pass from Norris Cole, Durant snagged the loose ball and raced down the left side of the floor. James got back in defensive position, but that didn't derail Durant.

KD climbed the ladder, throwing down a thunderous, one-handed hammer as James opted for a front-row seat of the highlight jam.

Durant poured in a team-high 28 points, but the Miami Heat rolled to a 103-81 win behind James' 33 points.
