Patrick Beverley, point guard for the Houston Rockets, is a pretty scrappy dude.

How scrappy? He fouled out of tonight's game—a 102-99 overtime loss against the Golden State Warriors—by basically clutching and grabbing Stephen Curry at every conceivable turn.

When Beverley was finally whistled for the sixth and final time with one minute and 30 seconds remaining in the extra frame, a couple of Warriors fans thought it productive to give "Pat Bev" a little lip.

You do not give Pat Bev lip.

Thank you, Omer Asik, for preventing a brawl.

Who says Omer doesn’t like being on the bench?
