The Miami Heat's LeBron James had a huge night against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday, but he was sent to the locker room after spilling some blood in the fourth quarter.

With just under six minutes to play in the game, James split two defenders while driving to the basket and finished with a huge dunk on Serge Ibaka (Warning: Video may contain NSFW language):

He took a shot on the drive and stayed down after the play, as he was bleeding onto the court. Trainers then escorted a shaken James to the back for further examination.

James provided a solution to his injury:

He followed that photo with the caption, "I mean I just might have to...BaneJames#StriveForGreatness."

The Heat shared an update on James' status:

James had 33 points and seven rebounds, which was ultimately enough for the Heat to overcome the Thunder, 103-81, despite James' absence for the remainder of the contest.
