In the MarShon Brooks revenge game, the Los Angeles Lakers (19-36) got their first win at home since Jan. 3 by beating the Boston Celtics (19-37) by a final score of 101-92.
The bench unit of Jordan Farmar, Kent Bazemore, Brooks, Jordan Hill and Chris Kaman played the entire fourth quarter, outscoring Boston 38-18.
Six Lakers hit double figures, led by Pau Gasol, Jodie Meeks and Chris Kaman with 16 each. Bazemore scored 15. Brooks went for 14. And Hill added 10 to go with his 12 rebounds.
The Celtics were led by Brandon Bass and Jeff Green, who combined for 41 points on 16-of-32 shooting.
