MLB players never want to be falsely accused of taking performance-enhancing drugs. So when people see what Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper was wearing during spring training, they probably won't be accusing him of anything.
Check out the T-shirt that the phenom was sporting at camp:
However, The Washington Post's Adam Kilgore says Harper isn't trying to send a message:
Speaking with reporters, Bryce Harper wore a t-shirt that read, "PED FREE." Said it wasn't meant as any kind of message.— Adam Kilgore (@AdamKilgoreWP) February 19, 2014
If it wasn't meant as a message, Harper was probably just clowning around.
