Might as well set the alarm clock now. After a March 3 press conference with coach Chris Petersen, the Washington Huskies will begin spring football practice bright and early on the morning of March 4. The UW announced the dates and times for each of its spring practices on Thursday, and as expected, they will be open to the media but closed to the public. There are a couple of exceptions. As you'll see, UW's practice on March 15 is closed to all, and the April 19 session — ostensibly the spring game — is open to the public. Otherwise, the public can not attend.
