Proof God is a Bruin Trojan
Aw. great. freaaaaakin’ fantastic. So remember last year when Bruins everywhere lamented over how we were cursed to have both of our top quarterbacks suffer significant injuries within the span of 3 weeks? Well it happened again. And we’re not talking three weeks, this time. We’re talking five minutes.
"Only minutes apart, in the UCLA Bruins’ final practice of the spring, Patrick Cowan and Ben Olson went down with injuries that could keep them out of the spring game and perhaps even sideline them through the first part of summer workouts. Cowan aggravated a left knee that he had tweaked in practice on Monday, and Olson injured his right foot in his one rep with the first-team offense during a team period. They later shared a ride off the practice field on a cart and today will undergo examinations – Cowan is to have another MRI and Olson an X-ray. “We’ll see what the extent of those injuries are,” Coach Rick Neuheisel said. “Ben looks as if he said he just planted his foot and something popped. We have to do X-rays and MRIs before we know the extent of that injury. Pat aggravated a knee, so we’ll see.”
"
They shared a cart together. Adorable.
Dear God,
Stop trying to kill our quarterbacks.
Love,
Blackjack
P.S. Let Howland win one will ya? JEEZ.
