Dwight Howard and James Harden Impress with Sweet Dunks at Practice

Practice is a great time to work on sick dunks, and NBA superstars are showing that they can break out some wild slams.

After a Houston Rockets practice, Dwight Howard and James Harden were among those who took part in a dunk-off. The results were very impressive.

Of course, Howard had an advantage over his teammates. The 28-year-old has competed in several NBA Slam Dunk Contests, winning in 2008.

Howard left teammate Chandler Parsons speechless with this dunk:

The big man also threw down a smooth windmill dunk:
