Samir Nasri, making his first appearance since going down to an injury five weeks ago, scored on nearly his first touch to put away Chelsea and clinch Manchester City's spot in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.

Nasri made a piercing run and played a one-two with David Silva, whose cross found the Frenchman perfectly in front of the net with an easy tap in in the 67th minute.

The goal set off different types of reactions at the Etihad.
