Behind a balanced attack in which five players hit double figures, the Chicago Bulls (27-25) beat the Brooklyn Nets (24-27) at home on Thursday night.

Taj Gibson led the Bulls in scoring with 16 points. Joakim Noah and Carlos Boozer each posted double-doubles (14 and 13 for Noah, 15 and 10 for Boozer). And Mike Dunleavy and Jimmy Butler each pitched in 14 points.

With 15 points, Paul Pierce led the a Nets team that struggled mightily on offense throughout the game against a typically tough Bulls defense.
