Lionel Messi struck twice for Barcelona to give the visitors a 4-1 victory over Sevilla.

On the first, Pedro and Messi led a counter-attack, Pedro found Messi at the top of the 18-yard box. Messi took one touch to pop the ball up and struck an unstoppable half-volley.

In the 56th minute, Iniesta and Messi surged through Sevilla's midfield. Iniesta found Messi in the middle, and the Argentine took one touch and curled a low shot to the near post to make it 3-1.

Messi also assisted Barcelona's first goal, a header from Alexis Sanchez on a set piece.
