Every week NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is alerted that yet another NFL player has been arrested or issued a citation.

The problem is so bad that a database has been developed to track these incidents.

According to the San Diego Union-Tribune (the developer of the database) attorneys for Adam "Pacman" Jones used the compiled data in his defense.

Another good source for this type of information is profootballtalk.com's annual "Turd Watch" competition and police blotter.

Here is the list of the NFL's 10 biggest troublemakers of the past three months according to the San Diego Union-Tribune arrests/citations database and profootballtalk.com's police blotter.

10. Quinn Ojinnaka, OL, Atlanta Falcons

Charged with simple battery after a fight with his wife.

The fight broke out over one of his female friends on Facebook.

Quinn's wife said she was thrown down stairs by him.

Evidently Quinn thought an on-line list of his female friends was a good idea.

9. Randy Starks, DE, Miami Dolphins

Arrested and charged with aggravated battery of a police officer.

This incident occurred in Miami Beach.

Do you think he was drinking that night?

8. Corey McIntyre, FB, Buffalo Bills

Arrested and charged with fondling himself outside a Florida woman's home.

The "event" happened two months earlier.

I wonder if he was dressed in his Bills issued trench coat? Florida officials have informed me that Corey did not have a permit to unconceal his weapon.

Police have subsequently dropped the charges against Corey.

7. Anthony Mix, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Anthony turned himself in after police said he had sex with a 15-year-old girl.

He is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Tampa Bay, according to profootballtalk.com has no comment.

I wonder if Anthony double dates with Roger Clemens?

Maybe Roman Polanski will let him use the flat in France.

6. Biren Ealy, WR, and Kolomona Kapanui, TE, New Orleans Saints

Both players were arrested on obscenity and disturbing the peace charges.

They allegedly urinated in public and exposed themselves to women.

Nice team effort! I've been to New Orleans and in their defense much of the male population on Bourbon Street reverts back to it's primate origins.

5. Shaun Phillips, LB, San Diego Chargers

Shaun was cited for misdemeanor battery after a security guard at a San Diego bar said Phillips hit him in the face.

Do you think there was some alcohol involved in this incident?

4. Donte Whitner, DB, Buffalo Bills

Arrested and charged with aggravated disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Police had to use their stun gun on Donte outside a Cleveland nightclub.

That must have been a shocking scene.

3. Matt Jones, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

Arrested and recharged with possession of a controlled substance.

He violated the terms of his previous plea deal by testing positive for alcohol.

Matt is clearly on the Ryan Leaf plan—in 2011 look for him to burglarize an Oxycontin warehouse with Leaf driving the getaway car.

2. Cornell Green, OT, Oakland Raiders

Arrested after allegedly slamming the mother of his two children against a wall and hitting her with a mop handle.

Cornell was arrested in the Tampa airport attempting to board a flight.

He was heading to the O.J. Simpson Invitational Golf Tournament in Hedidit, FL.

He was supposed to play in a foursome with O.J., Quinn Ojinnaka, and Brandon Marshall, WR, Denver Broncos (Marshall was arrested in Atlanta recently after a fight with his fiance).

1. Donte Stallworth, WR, Cleveland Browns

Charged with DUI manslaughter for an incident in which he struck and killed a pedestrian in Miami.

His blood-alcohol level was .126.

Stallworth thought it was wise to drive with enough booze in his system to intoxicate the entire city of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and someone lost their life.

Marshawn Lynch was busy as well in this time period. According to profootballtalk.com "he has pleaded guilty as charged, to misdemeanor charges in California arising from the possession of a firearm."

Lynch also avoided hit-and-run charges recently.

DUIs and Dontes

There were so many troublemakers this month, I simply can't get to all the DUIs.

I believe I have included all of the Dontes.

Daunte Culpepper was not arrested.

However, as the captain of the Love Boat back in the day when he played for the Minnesota Vikings, he emailed these words of advice to the beleaguered Dontes:

"Come Aboard, We're Expecting You".
