Canadian Alex Bilodeau repeated as Olympic men's moguls champion, outdueling teammate Mikael Kingsbury for the title on Monday night at the Rosa Khutor Extreme Park.
Bilodeau, who struggled in the first of three finals runs, pulled down the top score in the round of 12 as well as the superfinals, where he pulled out a 1080 to score 26.31 and blow away the competition.
Kingsbury earned the silver, while Russian Alexandr Smyshlyaev pleased the home crowd by taking home the bronze.
American Patrick Deneen finished sixth, a vast improvement off his 19th-place effort at Vancouver in 2010.
