The NWCR (National Weight Control Registry) has tracked the biggest losers for over 15 years. And one of the best tips they’ve come across is called positive mind.
This is important. Your house of health will often fall when it’s chipped away at the mind. And we can do this to ourselves.
So be vigilant and ever watchful of our inner dialogue. But also as importantly is to keep an eye on your friends.
Folks who are unhappy with their own bodies will try and keep you at your unhealthy weight. Don’t let them.
Don’t let anyone sabotage your efforts. And that includes you, too.
