Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas suffered a separated shoulder early on in the Super Bowl, according to Vic Lombardi of CBS4. The injury occurred in the first quarter, and could have been when Thomas took a particularly hard hit from Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor, but Lombardi is unable to confirm that for certain.
