Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch received a lot of attention for not talking to the media this year, especially during the week leading up to the Super Bowl.

Even after scoring a touchdown to help his team beat up on the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII, the running back didn't have much to say. The Boston Globe's Shalise Manza Young tweeted out a transcript of Lynch's postgame comments.

Lynch kept things in perspective, saying that the day he was born was the only day in his life that was better than winning the Super Bowl. He does have a point on that one.

The only surprising thing about Lynch's comments might be that the word "boss" was used only once.

Where can I comment?
