Manchester City vs. Chelsea: FIFA 14 Highlights

6'Chelsea with some decent possession early on. Plenty of pass and move from the visitors, highlighted by smart interlinking play between Willian and Oscar. The latter lays it off to his countryman, and with a yard of space, he fires wide.

11'Alvaro Negredo bursts into life for the first time, but his shot is poor from a decent position. He really should do better.

16'—Samuel Eto'o breaks into the box, but his touch is heavy. He is smothered by Hart and two City defenders before releasing a weak shot.

18'—Nearly a huge mistake from the home side! Hart plays a shot pass to Martin Demichelis, who blindly advances possession across his box. David Luiz intercepts and rolls on Eto'o, who takes too long and whimpers a shot wide.

25'Demichelis clears Eto'o's header off the line, before John Terry hits the deck from a corner. The Chelsea captain isn't getting back up and is replaced by Ashley Cole.

37'Petr Cech makes two decent saves from Negredo. The Spaniard isn't looking particularly sharp right now and mishits both efforts at the Czech stopper.

HALF-TIME: Manchester City 0-0 Chelsea

51'Sustained pressure from Chelsea ends with the opening goal of the match. Branislav Ivanovic bursts into the City box and drills a low cross. Hart gets a touch on it, but Eto'o stoops to nod home the follow-up.

56'City hit back straight away! The home side have been so sloppy during this match, but their firepower delivers. Pablo Zabaleta produces a fantastic run on the right and finds Stevan Jovetic, who makes an impact seconds after coming on. His volley is blocked, but the rebound drops to Negredo, who tucks home from close range.

62'A simply stunning move from City. Chelsea have possession on the edge of the home side's box, but an unstoppable counter is launched. Yaya Toure starts the move and finishes it with a well-timed shot. The hosts lead with an amazing goal!

80'City in control now as Chelsea have run out of ideas. Not signing another forward in the January transfer window looks like a bad decision for Mourinho!

FULL TIME: Manchester City 2-1 Chelsea (Eto'o, Negredo, Yaya Toure)
