A wonderfully timed screengrab just as Liverpool and West Brom were about to emerge on to the pitch for their Premier League clash at the Hawthorns made it look like Steven Gerrard and his team were about to take on a bunch of kids.

The first-team Baggies did of course take to the field rather than just the mascots.

It would have been an interesting test of Alan Hansen's notorious theory that you don't win anything with kids—although this time, against Luis Suarez/Daniel Sturridge, we have to say Hansen would probably have been right.

H/T to @Ed_Son on Twitter for the screengrab.
