The 20-year-old, whose brother Thiago Alcantara left for Bayern Munich in the summer, has been surplus to requirements at the Nou Camp, but gave an indication of his talent to turn past his opponent and float the perfect cross over the goalkeeper's head.
Barcelona may have the talent on their team to keep them top of the league in Spain, but the performance of some of their players not good enough for the squad yet is what should worry their opponents.
