Chipper Jones Rescued Former Teammate Freddie Freeman from the Atlanta Snowstorm

In case you haven't heard, Atlanta is a mess right now. CNN reports that snow has caused massive delays on the freeways, leaving some motorists stranded for hours and even overnight.

On his way home from Turner Field, Atlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman was one of those people. Luckily for him, his former teammate Chipper Jones came to the rescue:

Glad to see Jones is finding something productive to do with his time, besides setting forest fires.
