Judging by this attempt during the first quarter of Sunday's Detroit Pistons vs. Dallas Mavericks game, Josh Smith has some work to do on his fadeaway jump shot. 

Smith ended up with 25 points in the game, but the Pistons fell to the Mavericks 116-106.
