While hosting the Los Angeles Clippers (30-15) on Saturday, Jan. 25, the Toronto Raptors' (22-20) DeMar DeRozan rolled his ankle and was forced off the court.

The Raptors passed along an update on DeRozan and it let it be know that his night was over:

After the game it was revealed that x-rays came back negative, according to the Toronto Sun's Ryan Wolstat:

DeRozan posted 10 points on 2-of-6 shooting, two rebounds and three assists in 21 minutes before he left the court.

It is not surprising that DeRozan's ankle was bothering him enough to force him to the locker room. This looks painful:

Obviously, the Raptors will hope for the best on the ankle of their star guard. At 22 points per game, the 24-year-old leads Toronto in scoring. His PER of 18 is also second on the Raptors to Kyle Lowry.

This was also the wrong time for DeRozan to get hurt. He has been on a tear lately, scoring 40 and 34 points in his last two games.

At the time of this report, the Raptors trail the Clippers, 71-65, at halftime.
