Earlier this season, Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert told CSNNE that if Boston Celtics forward Jared Sullinger worked hard enough, he could be the Kevin Love of the Eastern Conference.

Celtics head coach Brad Stevens also suggested that Love would be a great person for Sullinger to model his game after. Both players share a few qualities in their playing style—for example, rebounding, picking-and-popping and making use of their size down low without hops—and Sullinger plans on embracing more of Love's offensive habits to catch up to the Minnesota Timberwolves All-Star.

Recently, Bleacher Report's Jared Zwerling gained exclusive access inside the Celtics practice center to hear how Sullinger looks up to Love. In the video above, Sully also breaks down the Xs and Os of his offensive repertoire, discussing how he creates favorable mismatches and incorporates a counter-for-counter strategy on the court.
