Welcome to your weekly spoiler-free preview of WWE Main Event. Here, you will get a rundown of all of the matches set to take place and the possible repercussions.

Main Event is back to having three matches this week, and hopefully that means each match gets the right amount of time.

The Royal Rumble is just days away, and we are probably going to see a lot of recap and hype videos for the feuds that will fill up the pay-per-view.

Main Event can sometimes be a source of surprising quality, and this week's show could be one of those times. Let's look at the matches scheduled for this week to see if any of them might be a show-stopper.

R-Truth vs. Damien Sandow

We have seen these two wrestle before, and if they have more than just a few minutes to perform, they could end up being a match-of-the-week candidate.

Sandow has been up and down since losing his Money in the Bank briefcase, and a win here could signal an upswing for the Intellectual Savior to the Masses.

Then again, it could mean nothing. Main Event is not where pushes and storylines are born, so nobody really gains much from a win.

Both of these men will be in the rumble match on Sunday, but neither are favorites to win, so at this point a win on Main Event might be the best they can hope for.

The Bellas vs. Aksana and Alicia Fox

Divas matches are so hit or miss that just seeing who is involved is no longer a good way to judge if the match will be good or not.

Under the right circumstances, this could be a pretty entertaining match. The Bellas can get a crowd going, so it's up to Aksana and Fox to play the heel role well.

The division has improved, but the Divas need to keep proving that they deserve more ring time, and matches like this give them the chance to do that.

Sin Cara vs. Alberto Del Rio

This match is where things could get interesting. We have seen these two have exciting matches and we have seen them in squash matches, so it's always hard to tell how WWE is going to book them.

Since Hunico took over duties under the mask, we have seen Sin Cara booked to look stronger—even scoring a win over Del Rio recently—so he might actually stand a chance of winning.

But it's more likely that this will be one of two things: Either Del Rio beats the hell out of Sin Cara, or they have a good match that leads to a Del Rio victory.

Given enough time, these two could steal the show from anyone, so we could be in for a high-flying extravaganza.

That's it for this week. What match are you looking forward to the most?
