Australian Open Ball Kid Gets Hit by Ball in Face, Doesn't Flinch

If you're a ball kid at a Grand Slam, looking out for the occasional ball flying by your head is an occupational hazard.

However, in this case, the ball kid wore a Florian Mayer return in the face when the German mistimed a serve from David Ferrer in the Australian Open.

It looks painful, but you have to admire the stoicism of the ball kid to simply take the blow and get on with it. 

As the commentary notes, "He says he's OK—Aussie ball kids are tougher than that."
