There wasn't much offense early in the NFC Championship Game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks, but 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick gave his team a much-needed spark in the second quarter.
Facing a 1st-and-10 from his own 32-yard line, Kaepernick took off with the football. He made several Seahawks miss but couldn't quite finish off the run with a touchdown and was tackled at the 10-yard line.
It was also the longest run of the quarterback's career, according to ESPN Stats & Info:

Kaepernick's long run led to a touchdown, which gave the 49ers a 10-0 lead.
