The Minnesota Vikings will be getting a brand new stadium for 2016, so the Metrodome is finally about to be retired.

Here's a time-lapse of the Metrodome roof deflation on Saturday. According to Nick Schwartz of USA Today, it took workers 35 minutes to collapse the roof after they had already taken out the turf and seats the week before.

Here's a GIF of the time-lapse.

Thanks again to Nick Schwartz and USA Today for the find.
