Franklin Impresses at Board of Trustees Meeting

Penn State coach James Franklin made an appearance at Friday's Board of Trustees meeting at the Penn State Conference Center. Franklin, named coach on Jan. 11, met with trustees prior to the meeting, chatting, shaking hands and posing for photos. University President Rodney Erickson introduced Franklin at the meeting, but not before thanking former assistant and interim head coach Larry Johnson and former head coach Bill O'Brien. Erickson claimed that he would be cheering for Houston as long as they aren't playing the Steelers, Eagles or Packers.
