Australian Open Ballboy Takes Stunning Catch During Roger Federer Match

Roger Federer might have been on court, but it was the Australian Open ballboy whose skill lit up the Rod Laver Arena with a stunning catch.

As opponent Teymuraz Gabashvili fluffed a return on the Federer serve, the ball flew the direction of the crouched ballboy, who simply stuck out an arm and grabbed it.

The match continued, Federer romping to victory, but not before a round of applause from the Melbourne crowd.

They have seen one or two of those in the past—this effort in 2012 went viral and you can see why. Again Roger Federer was on court that day, on this occasion in the semi-final.
