EA Sports has already released this season's defensive Team of the Year items for FIFA 14, but as this selection's availability ends, midfielders Franck Ribery, Xavi Hernandez and Andres Iniesta are next to be recognised.

This trio of players was recently included in FIFA's World XI for 2013, as noted by EA Sports' official Twitter account:

Those looking to land one of these stars' TOTY items in a pack will want to take advantage of various "Happy Hour" promotions, most of which provide you with the opportunity to get more for your coins (or indeed, real money).

Before we explode out of excitement, let's take a look at the recently revealed stars.

Items for forwards—meaning Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic—will then become available after this date, so you may wish to keep your funds until that date.

For now, there's no denying the midfield items are extremely enticing. While there have been plenty of Xavi and Iniesta TOTY items across previous years, Ribery's appearance is sure to drill up the most interest.

The Frenchman's 96-rated pace, 98-rated dribbling and five-star skill moves will have even the least confident of players trying a Marseille roulette on the edge of their own box. If you think that's impressive, well, just wait for the next set of TOTY players to arrive.
