NFL 2009: Predictions From My Eyes

I know its only June but, I though it would help just to get my ideas expressed out there to what the season would look like right now so I'm going to look week-by- week predictions. I have to warn you I have a little biased oppinion for my team, but its not to huge.

This season seems to be a pretty interesting one. Teams trying to make it back to the Playoffs to teams trying to make names for themselves.

So anyways on we go.

Week 1

*Matchup Of the Week Pittsburgh vs. Tennessse: this looks like a very well put together match up that could send some good vibes for both teams, the defending Superbowl Champs pull the win in this one.

The ONLY reason this is the game I have chosen is because it will mark the Lions first win since week 16 of the 2007 season vs. Kansas City, which will give you a feel-good sense.

Match of the Week: Tampa Bay vs. Washington:

It's really hard to tell where these two teams will really end up, but Leftwich is looking to do some more damage to the Redskins, more than he did last year, that's if he gets the starting job, all and all this looks like a very intriguing game to say the least.

Both of these teams this season are both pumped to try and make a playoff run, and when they meet it will be a neck and neck battle, but SF barely pulls away with a victory in OT

Both of these teams meet up in a match up that tries to show some proving ground within the AFC East, while Buffalo is at a great 5-0 stand, but the magic falls and the Bills suffer their first loss in a nail-biter.

Two NFC powerhouses look to try and make an impact and put themselves higher within their divisions. It will be strong, emotional, and competitive, but it will end with New York pulling away, near the end of the match.

Match of the Week: Falcons vs. Saints, a big NFC south match up will be well competed and some high power offenses head-to-head most of the time turns out well, the Saints will pull out a well deserved win in this one.
