Milwaukee Bucks center Larry Sanders has had a tumultuous 2013-14 campaign, and his violent blow to the head of Thunder center Steven Adams continued that disturbing trend on Saturday night.

During the second quarter, Sanders landed a clean shot with his elbow to the head of the Adams, which resulted in a flagrant foul of the most severe variety and an immediate ejection.

The Bucks went on to lose, 101-85.
