Flashback Friday: Dwight Clark Makes 'The Catch' from Joe Montana

On January 10, 1982, the San Francisco 49ers capped off a huge comeback in the NFC Championship Game with a play so remarkable that it earned the title of "The Catch."

The throw from quarterback Joe Montana to wide receiver Dwight Clark on 3rd-and-3 with 58 seconds remaining sealed the 28-27 victory, and the play would go on to signify the end of the Dallas Cowboys' dominance and beginning of the 49ers' success in the NFC.
