While I was driving to work today, I was listening to CKNW (radio station in Vancouver), and they said there is a rumor out there that would send L.A. Kings D-man Jack Johnson to Vancouver for Sami Salo and Jannik Hanson. I will try to keep you all updated.

Carlo's Take: I really like this deal for both sides—if there's any truth to it, that is. Johnson is a very highly touted prospect and has lots of potential, while Salo is a veteran with a huge shot, and Hanson is a real speedster, but still can't find a consistent scoring touch in the NHL.
