Lionel Messi made his return to first-team action for Barcelona on Jan. 8 after two months out with a hamstring injury.

However, Messi being Messi, it wasn't just your standard comeback. It was an all-guns-blazing effort with a brace of goals, including this humdinger in what became a 4-0 victory over Getafe in the Copa del Rey:

KickTV

It was the sort of return that could leave a writer short of superlatives.

In the case of Spanish newspaper Sport, that left them with only swear words.

Their headline read:

Sport.ES

If you need the translation, tick the Union Jack for the English version of the website:

Sport.Es

A snappier, more fluent translation would probably be more along the lines of, "The Master is F***ing Back."

Indeed he is.
