A.J. Jenkins: Recapping Jenkins's Week 17 Fantasy Performance

Bleacher Report AdministratorSenior Analyst IIJanuary 8, 2014

Jenkins had three catches on seven targets for a team-high 67 yards in the Chiefs' 27-24 overtime loss at San Diego on Sunday. He started in place of Dwayne Bowe, who the Chiefs rested for their playoff game next week.
Backup quarterback Chase Daniel filled in for Alex Smith and threw for 200 yards, and Jenkins was the recipient of his most prolific pass play of the afternoon, a 48-yard completion in the first quarter. He was mostly quiet the rest of the game and should return to his reserve role in the postseason.
