Fitzgerald seems to have shaken the cobwebs from his head and the concussion he sufffered back in Week 15 is no longer an issue. The timing couldn't be any better for him as he looks to reprise his Week 6 performance against the 49ers when he caught six passes for 117 yards and a touchdown.
The 49ers pass defense ranks ninth in the league and they rank seventh against No. 1 wide receivers, so his match-up on paper doesn't look so hot. However, considering his last performance against them and the fact that Roddy White burned the 49ers secondary for 144 yards last week, there is certainly a strong possibility that he does come up big again.
