Kirk Cousins: Week 17 Fantasy Outlook

Bleacher Report AdministratorSenior Analyst IIJanuary 8, 2014

The three-game tryout for Cousins ends on the road against the New York Giants on Sunday. Over his last two games as a starter, Cousins has completed 50-of-81 passes for 578 yards, four touchdowns and three interceptions.
Cousins was a bit disappointing last week after a superb first start against the Falcons. He was unable to take advantage of a subpar Dallas Cowboy secondary. The Giants are by no means world beaters, but will likely be the best defense Cousins has faced thus far as a starter. The Giants allow just 227.5 yards per game through the air. Cousins could still have a stellar game, but starting him comes with some risk.
