Marco Reus is expected to be one of the major names involved in transfer speculation throughout January.
The Borussia Dortmund and Germany midfielder has risen to prominence on the back of his club's recent successes.
The 24-year-old has become an integral part of Jurgen Klopp's team, but is also a highly valued figure for other leading clubs across the continent.
We will follow all the latest speculation surrounding the midfielder this week here.
Latest update: January 7
Manchester United are eyeing a move for Reus and Dortmund team-mate Ilkay Gundogan, reports Chris Wheeler of the Daily Mail, who warns that any proposed move by the Old Trafford club will have to wait until the summer.
The signing of Reus would also mean United will have to activate a "sizeable release clause," according to the report.
However, Samuel Stevens of The Independent reports (via an interview with Bild) that the player insists he is happy at the Westfalenstadion.
I have a contract with Borussia Dortmund and I am happy to be here.
All I can say about is that I am not thinking about a transfer.
I am focused on BVB and anything else is something for the future.
