Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers continues to amaze with his ability to make plays.

On a key 4th-and-2 Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers, Rodgers somehow escaped a sack to hit Randall Cobb on the run for a 26-yard completion to get down to the San Francisco 4-yard line:

The 49ers got hands on the quarterback, but Rodgers found a way out of the mess. Remarkably, he was able to hold onto the football and keep the play alive.

Here's how FOX Sports Live saw the play:

Aaron Rodgers was clearly too cold to feel the entire Niners defense hanging off of his back. Incredible. #Packers

Rodgers' effort paid off, as the Packers scored a touchdown a few plays later to take a 17-13 lead early in the fourth quarter.
