In a thriller and a chiller at Lambeau Field, the San Francisco 49ers took down the mighty Green Bay Packers, advancing to the divisional round of the playoffs for the third year in a row.

In a game that was riddled with lead changes, the 49ers were able to create enough offense at just the right moments, and most importantly, they won the fourth quarter. While the 49ers defense was stone cold, it was a tremendous challenge for Colin Kaepernick and the offense.

Fortunately enough, Kaepernick was able to create enough plays with his legs and find his man Michael Crabtree for big gainers that kept drives alive.

The key takeaway here is that the 49ers continue to prove that they can finish games, no matter how ugly those games get, which gives them a mystique for the rest of the playoffs. They'll head to Carolina next to take on Cam Newton and the Panthers.
