The Secret to Jack Taylor's 100-Point Games: Grinnell Gives B/R an Inside Look

Critics don't like that Grinnell College regularly runs up the score against opponents, beating its competition by as much as 50 points on a given night.

And they certainly don't like the fact that star player Jack Taylor has single-handedly scored over 100 points on two separate occasions and has taken more than 100 shots in a game.

But head coach and offensive savant Dave Arseneault Sr. doesn't particularly care or pay credence to the criticism his Grinnell Pioneers receive for their run-'n'-gun-on-steroids style of play.

For more than 25 years, Arseneault has crafted and perfected a mathematically airtight formula resulting in obscene offensive numbers, a myriad of scoring titles, conference championships and maximum participation from his entire squad.

Bleacher Report's Why We Watch series went inside the system to uncover Grinnell's secret to producing a 100-point scorer and why Taylor is more than just the perfect cog for this offense.

Find out that secret in this video, and leave a comment below.
