Are the Wings Close To Re-Signing Hossa For 7 Years? No!

There was a rumor floating around today that the Red Wings were very close to re-signing Hossa to a 7 year deal. But during a TSN broadcast, Insider Darren Dreger stated that the Wings have shut down the rumors of Hossa being re-signed.

Carlo's Note : I found this pretty hard to believe for the fact that there in the Stanley Cup finals, no player should be thinking about money and a contract in that situation...that being said, it's a no brainer that the Wings will try to re-sign Hossa in the summer.
