The Indians are not off to a stellar start in the 2008 season, this much is for sure. That being said, no one else in the division is jumping out to a big lead, either.
As of Sunday, the Indians trail the White Sox by only four-and-a-half games.
Fans are calling for changes, though, and the most logical place to look for those changes is the farm system.
Here is how some players from the Tribe's minor league affiliate in Buffalo are doing so far this season.
Aaron Laffey, SP: 3-1 in 23 innings, with a 3.31 ERA
Andy Gonzalez, 3B: Batting .318, with 3 HR and 11 RBI
Ben Francisco, OF: Batting .208, with 0 HR, 3 RBI, and a .288 on-base percentage
Josh Barfield, 2B: Batting .263, with 3 HR, 7 RBI, and 2 stolen bases
Jeremy Sowers, SP: 0-2 in just under 23 innings, with a 3.18 ERA

Why just those players? If you're not gonna explain the stats, at least put more of them up, or link to http://web.minorleaguebaseball.com/milb/stats/stats.jsp?sid=milb&t=t_ibp&cid=422.
I hate to criticize anyone, but come on man, I'd like to see some more effort.

I chose those players because they actually have a shot to play in Clevleand. Not meant to be an in-depth article.
